We offer a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty on all purchases from Mirroring. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase and applies exclusively to Mirroring products. Please note that the warranty is non-transferable.
Although we stand by the quality of our work, the following defects are not covered under our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty:
If you experience any issues with your jewelry due to manufacturing, please contact our Customer Service team. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for you to send the item to us for inspection. If the damage is covered under our warranty, we will either repair or replace the item at no charge and ship it back to you. If the damage is not covered, we will provide a repair quote before proceeding. If you approve, we will collect payment and complete the repair, shipping it back to you via standard ground shipping.
We recommend insuring your jewelry for loss, theft, or catastrophic damage, especially to center stones, as lab-grown diamonds, while durable, are not indestructible. Examples of potential damage include chipping, cracking, or breaking due to normal wear and tear.
Over time, regular wear and tear may require maintenance or repair. Mirroring offers repair services at our U.S. facility to ensure the longevity of your jewelry. We strive to keep repair costs low while maintaining the integrity of the piece. Please remember that repairs completed by third-party jewelers will void your warranty. Common repairs include replacing side stones, tightening prongs, re-polishing, re-plating with rhodium, or thorough cleaning. Simply pay to ship the item to us, and we’ll cover the return shipping. If your ring doesn’t fit perfectly, we’re happy to resize it for FREE within 30 days of purchase (for U.S. orders). Just ship the ring to us, and we’ll handle the resizing and return it to you. If resizing is not possible, we’ll offer you the option to place a special order or return the ring to you as is.
In addition, we offer free resizing once per year for the lifetime of your ring (for U.S. orders). You cover the shipping to us, and we’ll take care of the resizing and return shipping at no cost. Please note, rings can only be resized a certain number of times before their integrity is compromised, at which point alternative repairs or new settings may be required.

Your jewelry is a reflection of you, so it’s important to keep it protected. Our Extended Product Protection covers defects and accidental breakage beyond the scope of the manufacturer’s warranty, such as chipped or cracked stones, bent or broken clasps, and even the loss of center or side diamonds. If your jewelry becomes damaged, we’ll repair it without a deductible, or replace it if repair isn’t possible.
With Extended Product Protection, you’ll also enjoy refinishing, re-polishing, rhodium plating, and resizing beyond the initial warranty period (starting 60 days after purchase). Choose from coverage options that suit your needs, from 1-year to lifetime protection.
