A replica of your engagement ring, made from your photos.
Some rings are too meaningful to risk. A Mirroring is a custom replica of your own engagement ring, made from photographs of the original, so you can wear the ring you love while the real one stays safe. You approve a 3D design before anything is made. Your original never leaves your hand.

What a replica engagement ring is — and what it isn't
A replica engagement ring is a second version of your own ring, built to match its shape, proportions and setting. It is not a designer copy and it is not a costume piece off a shelf. Every Mirroring is designed from scratch around one ring: yours.
What it matches: the stone shape, the setting style, the band profile, the halo or side stones, the engraving. What it changes: the materials. A Mirroring is made in sterling silver with a simulated diamond, which is what makes it something you can wear to the beach, on the plane, or through a workday without worrying.
A copy of your ring, from photos alone
You do not send us your ring. You send photos. From those, our designer builds a 3D model — the CAD — and sends it to you to approve. Nothing is made until you say so.
Send photos
Top view, side view, on your hand if you can. An appraisal, certificate or the jeweler's listing helps too.
Approve the CAD
Your first 3D design within 1–3 business days. Look at it from every angle, ask for changes. Unlimited revisions.
Handmade, then home
Production typically 2–4 weeks after approval, sooner with priority production. Ships with tracking.
Why people have their ring replicated
Travel
Honeymoons, cruises, Europe. Anywhere you'd rather not be the person patting their finger in a taxi. The original stays home.
Everyday
Nurses, teachers, gym mornings, gardening, new parents. The ring you're afraid to scratch becomes the ring you can forget about.
Life changes
Pregnancy, weight changes, resizing you'd rather not do to the original. A Mirroring can be made in today's size.
Lost, stolen or inherited
If the original is gone, or it belonged to someone you've lost, a replica made from old photographs lets you wear it again.
How close does a replica get?
Close enough that customers tell us their husbands had to look twice. The honest version: proportions, shape and setting are matched from your photos and confirmed in the CAD. Weight and the way light moves through the stone will differ, because the materials differ.
What “simulated diamond” means. We choose the best simulated stone for your particular ring. Depending on its shape, size, and setting, that may be cubic zirconia, moissanite, or another high-quality diamond simulant — and for small side stones we sometimes use laboratory-grown diamonds. Not every stone is available in every cut; for custom-cut center stones we usually prefer moissanite. We assess each ring and use the materials that bring out the best in it, so you never have to learn the differences yourself. Laboratory-grown diamond and solid gold are available by quote if you want a fine-jewelry duplicate.
What it costs
One price for the finished ring, not a deposit. The same price for any stone shape or size, and every finish is included: 925 silver, white, yellow or rose gold plating, or two-tone.
Your Mirroring

Colored stone or gemstone
Center or side stones — simulated sapphire, emerald, ruby, morganite, or any color you send us.
Matching band · Mirror Mark
A band made to sit with your Mirroring, and a small hidden stone so you always know which is which.

A true duplicate in precious materials.
Questions people ask before ordering
Do I have to send my ring?
No. Photos only.
What if I only have one photo?
Send what you have. Old photos, the jeweler's listing, an appraisal — we've worked from all of them.
Can I change the design?
Yes, as many times as you like. Unlimited revisions until you approve that it matches your ring — only then does it go into production.
Is it real gold?
Standard Mirrorings are sterling silver with gold plating. Solid gold is available by quote.
Will people know?
Not from across a table. Up close, a trained eye may notice the stone. That's the point: it looks like yours and it isn't worth stealing.
