How do I send my ring photos?
You can add up to 5 photos right on this page when you order. No photos yet? No problem — after checkout we'll email you simple instructions, and you can reply with your photos and any details.
Do you need my original ring?
No. We never need your original. Your Mirroring is designed from your photos and the details you share — your ring never leaves your side.
Can I make changes to my design?
Yes. We send you a 3D CAD design within 3 business days, and you can request changes as many times as you like. Nothing is made until you approve it.
What if I'm not sure of my ring size?
Choose “Not sure — mail me a free sizer” when you order, and we'll mail you a ring sizer.
How long does it take?
Your CAD design arrives within 3 business days. Once you approve it, production takes 2–4 weeks, then we ship it tracked and insured.
Priority production (+$99) moves your order to the front of our production line. Have a trip coming up? Add your date and we'll let you know if we can have it ready in time.
Can I return my Mirroring or get a refund?
Because every Mirroring is made just for you, we can't accept returns — which is why nothing is made until you approve your design, with unlimited revisions until you love it.
What stone do you use?
Our simulated diamond is matched to your original: we choose moissanite or cubic zirconia — whichever looks most like your stone. Colored stones are included too. Want a lab-grown diamond center stone? Request a custom quote.
What metals do you offer?
A 925 sterling silver base, in silver or with 3-micron white, yellow or rose gold plating, or two-tone. Solid gold is available by custom quote.
