Custom-made pieces

Every Mirroring is custom-made for each customer from the photos and information provided. Because each piece is made individually, custom orders are final sale and can't be returned.

Cancellations and refunds

• Before your CAD has started: you can cancel for a full refund.
• While your CAD is in progress: contact us and we'll review your request with you.
• After you approve your CAD: your order is final and can't be canceled or refunded.

You approve before we make it

Before production begins, you receive a CAD rendering of your ring showing its proportions, stone sizes, band width and structure. Revisions are unlimited, and production only begins once you approve the design.

If something is wrong

Every piece is quality checked before it ships. If your piece arrives damaged or there's an issue with it, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video, and we'll make it right with a repair, adjustment or remake.

This doesn't cover differences caused by the size or details submitted with the order, expected material differences, normal variation in handmade pieces, or normal wear of gold plating over time. Resizing and re-plating are available for a small fee.
