Shipping Policy

At My Mirroring, every piece is custom-made to order. Because of this, shipping timelines include both your design and production process as well as transit time. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Custom-Made Orders

My Mirroring pieces are not pre-made or ready to ship immediately after checkout. Each order is custom-created based on the photos, measurements, and details you provide after purchase.

What Happens After You Order

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with instructions on how to submit your:

  • ring photos
  • ring size
  • stone details
  • measurements or certificates, if available
  • any important design notes

Your order will move into the CAD stage once the required information is received.

CAD Review Before Production

Before production begins, you will receive a digital CAD rendering of your design for review.

This stage allows you to confirm the structure, proportions, and overall layout of your Mirroring before it is made.

Production begins only after your CAD has been approved.

Production Timeline

Production typically takes approximately 2–4 weeks from CAD approval.
Please note:

  • more complex designs may require additional time
  • delays in submitting required information may delay production
  • delays in reviewing or approving your CAD may delay production
  • each piece is individually handcrafted and not mass produced

Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping Time

Once your order is complete and ready to leave our facility, shipping transit time will vary depending on your location and shipping method.

Estimated transit times are not guaranteed and may vary due to:

  • carrier delays
  • weather conditions
  • customs processing
  • local delivery issues
  • holiday volume

Tracking information will be provided once available.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is submitted, My Mirroring is not responsible for delays, returned shipments, or delivery issues caused by the address provided. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible before your order has shipped.

International Shipping

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local charges required by their destination country.

My Mirroring is not responsible for customs delays once a shipment is in transit.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to provide accurate timelines, My Mirroring is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • incomplete customer submissions
  • delayed customer responses
  • delayed CAD approval
  • shipping carriers
  • customs inspections
  • weather or other delivery disruptions outside our control

Lost or Marked-Delivered Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first check with:

  • household members
  • neighbors
  • your local carrier office

If the issue continues, contact us and we will do our best to assist you in reviewing the shipment status.

My Mirroring is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier.

Damaged Shipment or Shipping Issue

If your order arrives with visible shipping damage or you believe there is a shipping-related issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

  • the package
  • the shipping label
  • the item received
  • any visible damage

This helps us review the issue promptly.
