The Production Process
After you submit your photos and preferences, our designers turn them into a CAD design — a detailed 3D drawing of your ring — usually within 1–3 business days. You review it and request changes; revisions are unlimited. Nothing is built until you approve it.
Once you approve, production typically takes 2–4 weeks after CAD approval, depending on the design. Order earlier if you have a fixed travel date. Express production is available as an option at checkout, shipping in 5–10 business days after CAD approval.

Is a Photo-Based Replica Accurate Enough?
For the vast majority of rings — solitaires, halos, pavé bands, three-stone settings — yes. Our artisans work from photos every day, and because you see and approve the CAD design before anything is made, you know what you're getting before it's built.
For highly intricate vintage or bespoke designs, we may ask for additional reference images or measurements to ensure accuracy.
