My Mirroring pieces are most commonly created in 925 sterling silver with your
choice of finish:

• white gold plating
• yellow gold plating
• rose gold plating
• two-tone finishes

We also offer additional material options upon request, including:

• solid gold starting at 9k
• 10k, 14k, 18k, 22k, and 24k gold
• platinum
• other select metals by request

For stones, we use the material of your choice, including:

• cubic zirconia (CZ)
• moissanite
• lab-grown diamonds
• lab-grown gems
• simulated fancy colored gems and diamonds

If you are interested in a specific metal or stone not listed, please contact us before
placing your order to discuss custom material options.

Because some of these materials differ from solid gold and natural diamonds, the
weight, feel, durability, and light reflection of your My Mirroring piece may differ
from the original.

Before your piece is produced, we create a CAD rendering.
CAD stands for Computer-Aided Design.

This is a 3D digital model that shows:

• stone size and placement
• proportions and scale
• setting structure
• height and profile
• overall layout of the design

The CAD is not just a sketch. It reflects the dimensions and structure that will be used to produce your piece.

You will have the opportunity to review your CAD and request adjustments before production begins.

Once the CAD is approved, the design is considered final and production begins.

Our goal is to recreate your piece as closely as possible using the photos, dimensions, and details you provide.

Because we do not physically inspect, scan, or mold your original piece, and instead recreate it based on visual references and submitted information, a perfect 1:1 duplicate is not always possible.

To help us produce the most accurate result possible, please provide:

• clear photos from multiple angles
• ring size or jewelry measurements, where applicable
• stone weight and measurements, if available
• any certificates, receipts, or specifications
• notes on details that may not be obvious in photos

If you do not have exact stone details, we can still work from clear photos and visual references. In those cases, our team will estimate proportions and design details as closely as possible based on what is visible. You will then have the opportunity to review the digital CAD rendering and request modifications before production begins.

The more information you provide, the more accurate your Mirroring piece will be.

Please understand the following before placing an order:

• My Mirroring pieces are custom-made recreations, not fine jewelry
  replacements
• Sterling silver with plating will not feel the same as solid gold
• CZ, moissanite, or lab-grown stones may behave differently than natural diamonds in certain lighting conditions
• Slight differences in proportion, profile, or visual feel may occur when recreating a piece from photos
• Your final piece will be made according to the approved CAD

If you are highly sensitive to even minor differences in look, height, width, or feel, please discuss this with us before approving your design.

My Mirroring does not reproduce or create anything intended to violate intellectual property laws.

We do not knowingly replicate:

• designer brand logos
• trademarked markings
• branded signatures
• copyrighted luxury house details
• counterfeit jewelry
• pieces intended to be passed off as authentic branded merchandise

Our work focuses on creating unbranded custom pieces inspired by your own jewelry or personal design references.

If a request involves clearly protected brand design elements, logos, or counterfeit intent, we reserve the right to decline the order.

1. You Place Your Order

Choose your preferred stone and metal finish and place your order.

2. You Submit Your Reference Details

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with instructions on how to submit your:

• front, side, and top view photos
• size or measurements, where applicable
• stone weight and measurements
• any additional notes

3. CAD Design Is Created

We create a 3D CAD rendering based on the information you provide.

4. CAD Review & Revisions

You review the CAD and may request revisions before approval.

5. CAD Approval

Once approved, the CAD becomes final and production begins.

6. Production

Your piece is handcrafted according to the approved design.

7. Shipping

Once complete and quality checked, your order is shipped.

Production generally takes approximately:

2–4 weeks from CAD approval
More complex designs may take longer.

Each piece is made to order and individually crafted, not mass produced.

To help preserve your My Mirroring piece:

• Remove before sleeping, showering, exercising, or swimming
• Avoid lotions, perfumes, sanitizers, and harsh chemicals
• Store in a soft pouch or jewelry box
• Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear
• Do not use silver dips or harsh jewelry cleaners

Proper care can help extend the life and appearance of plated finishes and stones.
